Beyond software projects, I have worked with organisations to design communication systems that improve coordination, accountability, and consistency.

This work has included developing communication workflows, governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, content approval structures, reporting systems, and internal communication processes.

These projects reinforced an important lesson: technology alone cannot solve organisational challenges without clear processes and ownership structures.
